“I will never ever do business with Dan Deckelbaum again. In my experience Dan is highly unethical. Dan approached my business partner and I with a "great opportunity" to purchase a boutique hotel from an investor named Sam Bailey. Part of Dan's pitch was that we wouldn't have to pay the hotel taxes because Sam hadn't and the city never caught him. If that's not an illegal statement it surely is highly unethical! In my opinion the whole thing was a scam and I think Dan has put the Black Label brand and Keller and Williams at risk all in an effort to earn a commission. As I said, I will never ever do business with Dan Deckelbaum again. My advice is if Dan comes to with a "great deal" on a boutique hotel I would run as fast as I can, you see Dan only approaches his friends with these kinds of deals. I'll be filing a complaint with the real estate commission and Keller Williams Black Label.”
